Cancellation Policy
Granite Masters provides professional countertop services including surface repair and restoration, on-site cutting and modifications, and sink reattachment for granite, marble, quartz, and quartzite surfaces. To confirm any appointment, a 50% deposit is required. All jobs must be assessed in advance through clear photos or a brief on-site inspection to determine scope and feasibility. While our goal is to improve both the appearance and function of your countertops, please note that all repairs and modifications are cosmetic in nature and may not fully restore the surface to its original condition. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a $75 cancellation fee.
